  • Flexible strategies for recycling declined payments, automated templated emails for account activity and progressive overdue reminders minimized manual CSR involvement to exception management.
  • The built-in click-though reporting covering the spectrum of charging, payments, revenue etc. provided key visibility to management while the account review capability ensured that CSRs had transactional level visibility into each account.
  • UpgradeUSA implemented the screens for the initial enrollment process and seamlessly transitioned the applicant to BluSynergys order and payment capture screens for a smooth process.
